Truist Bank updated their ciphers so you may be experiencing transmission issues
If you receive a transmission error when transmitting to the bank (Cipher or 904 errors) please see the steps below to update SecurePay to accommodate for the ciphers on the bank side.
This update will insert the correct FTP dll’s and replace the ftpsend2.exe with an updated one that supports the ciphers.
CLICK LINK HERE, then follow these steps: – Must be run as administrator –
1. Download the .zip folder
2. Extract the folder
3. Run SPUpdater.exe
