We have been informed of a change to SunTrust’s positive pay transmissions as part of their conversion to Truist Bank.
SunTrust + SecurePay users who are not using SecurePay Advantage will no longer be able to do automated transmissions due to the transmission protocols.
If you are manually sending your positive pay files to SunTrust, this change does not affect you.
If you are manually sending your positive pay files to SunTrust, this change does not affect you.
If you are a SunTrust user not using SecurePay Advantage and would like to continue using the automated transmission feature, please fill out a request ticket to get information on a solution or contact your SecurePay sales representative at sales@aptechnology.com.
