Bank of America SecurePay Update – 3/12/2018

Note : Only run this if you are experiencing problems uploading from SecurePay Pro to Bank of America e-Link.

This patch is not meant for customers on the ‘BoA Clear’ system.


Step 1: Click here to download the zipped file

Step 2: Right click and select “Extract All”

Step 3: Double click on SPUpdater.exe

  • Step 3a (optional): click YES if prompted by pop-up screen

Step 4: Verify that Web Transfer was updated from HTTP/HTTPS to FTP/SFTP/FTPS

Step 5: Press Enter

After completing these steps, you should be able to proceed with positive pay as normal. If you experience any further issues, submit a support case here.
